I'm from the belief which they made 38900 to make clear 38792. We accustomed to use 38792 with the injection with the blue dye and/or radioactive tracers. It looks like They may be declaring which the injection of blue dye won't seriously insert much more danger to just what the Dr is intending on executing(excision, mapping, biopsy). 38900 "involv
